We are a couple of Iranian atheists and ex-Muslims, and together we decided to translate your book "God is not Great" into Farsi. We believe this would be a great help to the ongoing fight against religious extremism in our country.

Unfortunately it's not possible to publish any critical material about religion in Iran, it's illegal and in case of getting caught in the process we will be prosecuted by sharia law. Therefore there will be no earnings of any kind for us, and we will publish the book as a free PDF file online, it's the only safe and intractable way.

Even so there are no Copyright laws in Iran, we thought it would be unethical and inappropriate to translate your book without your permission. please bear in mind that with your approval you will be doing a great favor to our common cause, which is illuminating minds and spreading the truth.
