اصلا مقایسه بین محمدعلی شاه و رضاشاه نیست،بحث بین حکومت مشروطه و حکومت رضاشاه هست،کودتای محمدعلی شاه که جزئی از مشروطه نیست که حالا بگیم رضاشاه آدم بهتری نسبت به شاه قاجار بوده!
هر پستی سوراخ دعای خود را دارد برادر. جواب من هم دقیقا و مو به مو در راستای پاسخ شما بوده.
اونوقت این حکومت مشروطه دقیقا از چه سالی تا چه سالی طول کشیده؟

دكتر چاوشی در پاسخ به این سؤال كه تاریخ علم از كجا آغاز شد، با اشاره به تحقیقات ارنست رنان، نویسنده معروف فرانسوی قرن نوزدهم، شكل گیری علم به مفهوم امروزی را در ۵ قرن پیش از میلاد مسیح در یونان ذكر كرد و گفت: آنچه رنان از آن به «معجزه یونان» تعبیر می كند، نهضت عقلی و فرهنگی است كه در قرن پنجم و ششم قبل از میلاد در یونان به وقوع پیوست.» اما علت این دگرگونی و انقلاب عقلی یونانیان در این زمان كه شكوفایی فلسفه، ریاضیات، نجوم. موسیقی، نورشناسی و جغرافیا، را به همراه داشت چیست وی پاسخ داد: «بیش از یك قرن است كه مورخین علوم در جست وجوی این علت هستند. تمدن هایی كه پیش از تمدن یونانی بودند، از دانش مهمی در زمینه های مختلف برخوردار بودند كه به هیچ وجه نمی توان آنها را در چند مسأله اعتقادی و اساطیری و یا دستورات فنی خلاصه كرد. به طور خلاصه تمدن وجود ندارد كه مردم آن دارای شناخت علمی نباشند. با این وجود به عنوان مثال بابلیان گرچه مردمان عقل گرایی بودند اما نمی توان كلمه علم به مفهوم امروزی آن یعنی «Science» را بر دانسته های آنان اطلاق كرد.» ابتكار یونانیان «گذر از شناسایی یك پدیده به ارائه برهان برای توجیه علت وجودی آن» است. این جست وجوی علت ها را در تمام زمینه های شناخت می توان مشاهده كرد. اما چرا اندیشه ای كه به كمك برهان عقلی به جست وجوی علل پدیده ها برمی خیزد در یونان ظهور كرد این بار دكتر چاوشی ما را به كتاب جفری لوید یعنی «سرچشمه علم یونانی و علت گسترش آن» ارجاع می دهد. طبق نظر لوید، جست وجوی علت، رابطه تنگاتنگی با ساختار سیاسی شهرهای یونان در آن زمان دارد. در آتن مخصوصاً مردم یونان بر سر مسائل سیاسی و حقوقی به مباحثه می پرداختند و هیچ گونه تبعیضی میان مباحثه كنندگان وجود نداشت. حال آن كه چنین ساختاری در تمدن های بابلی، مصری و ایرانی برای شهروندان در نظر گرفته نشده بود. دادگاه های قضایی نیز نقش مهمی در اقامه دلیل داشتند. این دادگاه ها به وسیله قضاتی اداره می شدند كه همچون عامه مردم بر جلسات دادگاه نظارت داشتند. متهمان و مظلومان می باید هر یك دلیل خود را برای دفاع از خود ارائه می دادند و بدین گونه بود كه ذهن مردم یونان با دلیل و با جست وجوی علت آشنا شد و این جست وجوی علت را نه تنها در كارهای سیاسی، بلكه در فلسفه و ریاضیات و طب و تاریخ و... گسترش دادند.

دكتر چاوشی در پاسخ به این سؤال كه تاریخ علم از كجا آغاز شد، با اشاره به تحقیقات ارنست رنان، نویسنده معروف فرانسوی قرن نوزدهم، شكل گیری علم به مفهوم امروزی را در ۵ قرن پیش از میلاد مسیح در یونان ذكر كرد و گفت: آنچه رنان از آن به «معجزه یونان» تعبیر می كند، نهضت عقلی و فرهنگی است كه در قرن پنجم و ششم قبل از میلاد در یونان به وقوع پیوست.» اما علت این دگرگونی و انقلاب عقلی یونانیان در این زمان كه شكوفایی فلسفه، ریاضیات، نجوم. موسیقی، نورشناسی و جغرافیا، را به همراه داشت چیست وی پاسخ داد: «بیش از یك قرن است كه مورخین علوم در جست وجوی این علت هستند. تمدن هایی كه پیش از تمدن یونانی بودند، از دانش مهمی در زمینه های مختلف برخوردار بودند كه به هیچ وجه نمی توان آنها را در چند مسأله اعتقادی و اساطیری و یا دستورات فنی خلاصه كرد. به طور خلاصه تمدن وجود ندارد كه مردم آن دارای شناخت علمی نباشند. با این وجود به عنوان مثال بابلیان گرچه مردمان عقل گرایی بودند اما نمی توان كلمه علم به مفهوم امروزی آن یعنی «Science» را بر دانسته های آنان اطلاق كرد.» ابتكار یونانیان «گذر از شناسایی یك پدیده به ارائه برهان برای توجیه علت وجودی آن» است. این جست وجوی علت ها را در تمام زمینه های شناخت می توان مشاهده كرد. اما چرا اندیشه ای كه به كمك برهان عقلی به جست وجوی علل پدیده ها برمی خیزد در یونان ظهور كرد این بار دكتر چاوشی ما را به كتاب جفری لوید یعنی «سرچشمه علم یونانی و علت گسترش آن» ارجاع می دهد. طبق نظر لوید، جست وجوی علت، رابطه تنگاتنگی با ساختار سیاسی شهرهای یونان در آن زمان دارد. در آتن مخصوصاً مردم یونان بر سر مسائل سیاسی و حقوقی به مباحثه می پرداختند و هیچ گونه تبعیضی میان مباحثه كنندگان وجود نداشت. حال آن كه چنین ساختاری در تمدن های بابلی، مصری و ایرانی برای شهروندان در نظر گرفته نشده بود. دادگاه های قضایی نیز نقش مهمی در اقامه دلیل داشتند. این دادگاه ها به وسیله قضاتی اداره می شدند كه همچون عامه مردم بر جلسات دادگاه نظارت داشتند. متهمان و مظلومان می باید هر یك دلیل خود را برای دفاع از خود ارائه می دادند و بدین گونه بود كه ذهن مردم یونان با دلیل و با جست وجوی علت آشنا شد و این جست وجوی علت را نه تنها در كارهای سیاسی، بلكه در فلسفه و ریاضیات و طب و تاریخ و... گسترش دادند.

اگر این توسل به مرجعیت آبکی را جدی هم بگیریم، باز هم این متن میگوید جستجوی علت عامل رشد علمی و ساختار سیاسی بوده و رابطه تناتنگی داشته با علم، نه اینکه سواد یا حتی علم علت و پیش شرط دموکراسی‌ست، ولی شما چون از درک معنی علیت و فرق آن با همبستگی و «رابطه‌یِ تنگاتنگ» عاجز هستید، این سخن که درست عکس ادعای شما را مطرح کرده (هر دو را ناشی از عامل سومی دانسته) را آورده‌اید بعنوان شاهد !!

یعنی راسل جان شما میفرمایید برقراری دموکراسی هیچ ربطی به شعور و فهم و احیانن سواد خود مردم ندارد ؟!
