نه این قرص ها فقط باعث احتباس آب و نمك تو چسم نغوظی میشه و به خاطر سفت تر شدن توهم بزرگ شدن هم فرد پیدا میكنه
البته اگه با دستگاه استفاده بشه اندكی تغییر مشاهده میشه ولی با قطع قرص دوباره برمیگرده و مشكلاتی هم در حالت عادی هم ایجاد میكنه

البته یاسی عزیز احتباس آب و نمک ربطی به عملکرد این دارو ها نداره...عمل این دسته از داروها (مثل sildenafil یا همون viagra) از طریق اثر بر روی عضلات صاف دیواره رگ ها و ریلکس کردن اونهاست در نتیجه خون بیشتری وارد جسم غاری آلت (corpus covernosum) میشه و کیفیت حالت نعوظ بهتر و طولانی تر میشه !!

Nitric oxide (NO) in the corpus cavernosum of the penis binds to guanylate cyclase receptors, which results in increased levels of cGMP, leading to smooth muscle relaxation (vasodilation) of the intimal cushions of the helicine arteries. This smooth muscle relaxation leads to vasodilation and increased inflow of blood into the spongy tissue of the penis, causing an erection.[SUP][43][/SUP] Robert F. Furchgott, Ferid Murad and Louis Ignarro won the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine in 1998 for their independent study of the metabolic pathway of nitric oxide in smooth muscle vasodilation.

Mechanics of erection. (A) In the flaccid state, arterial vessels are constricted and venous vessels are noncompressed. (B) On erection, smooth muscle relaxation in the trabeculae and arterial vasculature results in increased blood flow, which rapidly fills and dilates the cavernosal spaces. Venous outflow drops as the expanding cavernosal spaces compress the venous plexus and the larger veins passing through the tunica albuginea.
