We cannot make some of the work fully automated. Because a machine cannot take their own decision when needed. So, I do not think we will ever become fully-automated

That's a perfectionist view, one that is detrimental to this ideal anyways. Why?

Because there's no need for everything, absolutely everything to be automated anyways. As long as the majority, the vast majority of mundane boring work is automated, as long as everyone has enough to live peacefully, that'd be more than enough.
