بسیار داشته باشد (طلا، نفت، الماس، پول، زمین، خانه، خوراک، ..) نیروی توانگر میتواند با در بند کردن آن مردم را کنترل کند.

در ایران با دین و قانون‌های همبودین (جامعه) + هنجارهای پوشیده‌تر همبودین آنرا کنترل میکنند، در آمریکا با قانون و هنجار.
